Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead the end‑to‑end production of advanced uncrewed systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing production from component level to fully integrated systems. You will work closely with engineering, supply chain, and project teams to ensure efficient production flow, high quality, and on time delivery in a high‑technology maritime and defense environment.

What you will be doing

• Manage production, planning, resource allocation, and logistics
• Oversee supplier follow‑up and outsourced production
• Ensure compliance with quality, configuration, and HSE requirements
• Maintain production processes and drive continuous improvement

We think you should have

• Degree in engineering or equivalent relevant experience
• Several years’ experience in production or manufacturing management
• Strong technical understanding of electro‑mechanical systems
• Experience with ERP systems and structured production processes
• Clear communicator in English and Norwegian

This employment requires security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority. The successful candidate may start work with limited access whilst the clearance is being processed. Please note that this might affect the offer process or employment.
