Job Title: Project Controller & Planner
Department: E&C Operation

Scope of Work
- Project Controlling (80%)
- Manage project cost control including budgeting, actual cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Perform cost, margin, and progress analysis against both baseline and current plans
- Conduct risk and opportunity assessments affecting schedule, cost, and project performance
- Identify improvement measures to enhance project profitability and execution efficiency
- Prepare monthly project reports for internal and management review
- Support commercial evaluations regarding contracts, changes, and potential impacts
- Analyze and monitor schedule and cost impacts related to vendors and subcontractors
- Project Planning (20%)
- Establish and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking in accordance with Kongsberg Maritime’s standard planning methodologies
- Monitor and analyze schedule performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and maintain forecast schedules and recovery plans when deviations occur
- Prepare schedule reports for the Project Manager, including consolidated schedules, status summaries, and S-curves
- Execute baseline establishment and revision
- Participate in the development of Variation Order Requests and implement approved Variation Orders in schedule, resource, and cost plans
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of project management, project planning, and project control standards and methodologies
- Self-driven, proactive team play with strong collaboration skills
- Ability to lead internal and external meetings related to schedule and cost control
- Bachelor’s degree(Economics) in technical or commercial disciplines, or higher education
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
