Business Line Production Manager

We are looking for a BL Production Manager who will be a central driving force in ensuring that our products are planned, produced, and delivered according to expectations and targets. The role is both operational and strategic – and you will be an important link between the Business Line, Operations and other services.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to influence, develop, and create structure within a complex production organization, while representing the BL in the management team and contributing to continuous improvement through a holistic value-chain approach.

What you will be doing

• Serve as the single point of contact between BL, Operations, Procurement, and Production
• Ensure that BL products are produced with the correct quality, cost, and delivery performance
• Participate as a representative in the BL management team and contribute to decisions affecting the entire value chain
• Coordinate the handling of production deviations and ensure effective corrective actions
• Contribute to the introduction of new products, make-or-buy assessments, and selection of manufacturing locations
• Use data across systems (ERP, Excel, Power BI, etc.) to create overviews, analyses, and structures that strengthen decision-making and planning
• Ensure an overview of capacity, capabilities, and all deliveries – internal, between sites, and purchased components

We think you should have

• Higher relevant education (BSc or MSc) in supply chain, production management or equivalent relevant experience
• Solid experience from production, planning, the value chain, or operational leadership
• A strong process- and improvement mindset
• Strong system understanding and the ability to actively use data in management and decision-making
