Senior Project Manager

We are launching a strategic Operational Excellence program aimed at enhancing performance, accelerating value creation, and enabling more efficient ways of working across the organization.

As a Senior Project Manager Operational Excellence, you will play an important role in delivering cross‑functional improvement projects with measurable business impact. You will work closely with leaders, process owners, and expert teams to ensure improvements are well‑anchored, effectively executed, and fully aligned with the company’s long‑term priorities.

Qualifications and experience

• Extensive experience leading Operational Excellence, Lean, transformation or performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Product Development & Management (PD&M) processes or experience from product centric organizations ‑centric organizations
• Proven project management experience within technical, engineering or system-oriented environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, influence stakeholders and build alignment across teams
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage people, facilitate collaboration and drive adoption of new ways of working
• Relevant certifications such as PMP® (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a bonus
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and create clarity
