Document Controller

What you will be doing
- Administer and maintain the organization’s document management system, including registration, storage and distribution internally and externally.
- Maintain the Project Master Document Register (SMDL).
- Develop and maintain project document control procedures and guidelines.
- Verification and procurement of technical documentation in ProArc.
- Support Project Managers in managing document reviews and workflows.
- Manage and oversee document control across projects.
- Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and track acknowledgements.
- Ensure documentation complies with company procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of archiving and document retrieval processes Conduct document audits and manage approvals, revisions, and change requests.
- Coordinate documentation between teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide document control status reports and flag any discrepancies or delays to Project Management.
- Assist and support project team members and Project management with training and any topics related to document control.
Other tasks to be involved in:
- Contribute in project meetings.
- Contribute to Handover from sales to project.
We think you should have
- Upper secondary school education or higher.
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ProArc, Microsoft Office and project support systems is an advantage.
- Experience with Export Control Is an advantage.
