Project Manager System Development – Vessel Automation & Sensing Solutions
Are you ready to lead innovative projects at the forefront of the maritime energy transition?
As a Project Manager for System Development, you will work with advanced technologies ranging from tank measurement systems for hydrogen carriers to ship performance and emission monitoring solutions that contribute to reducing the global environmental footprint of the world’s fleet.
Our portfolio within Sensing Solutions spans a wide range of products and technologies. We develop advanced sensor systems that enable both the energy transition and the move towards more autonomous operations — controlling the complete data flow from sensor to cloud. Our solutions support cargo and ballast tank measurement as well as machinery performance monitoring for main engines, thrusters, compressors, and other critical onboard equipment.
Most of our projects combine hardware, electronics, and software, making this a truly cross‑functional role where system thinking, collaboration, and technical curiosity are key to success.
You will lead a team of highly skilled technical professionals and collaborate closely with project owners, architects, and test leads to deliver complex, high‑impact system development projects. Your role will be central in turning ambitious ideas into robust, market‑ready solutions.
