Project Manager

Are you an experienced project manager looking for a role where your work truly matters? Kongsberg Discovery, through our Naxys division in Bergen, is seeking a driven and structured Project Manager to plan, lead and execute projects from contract to delivery, within agreed frameworks for time, cost, quality and HSE. The role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, internal expertise and production.

What you will be doing

• Plan and execute projects in accordance with contracts and internal processes
• Establish and follow up project plans, progress, budgets and resource allocation
• Lead cross-functional project teams
• Take an active part in production and product delivery tests
• Manage customer dialogue and reporting
• Identify and handle risk and project changes
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies
  
  

You should have

• Higher education in engineering, technical project management or equivalent
• Experience from project management with deliveries to the Oil & Gas sector
• Good understanding of finance, progress reporting and contract management
• Experience with project tools such as MS Office, MS Project, MS Dynamics AX and Teamcenter
• Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and verbal
