As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible managing key customer relationships and ensuring the successful operation and delivery of our satellite-based services. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous service improvement. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure the successful operation and utilization of KONGSBERG's satellite systems and services to our customers.
- Coordinate operational activities related to satellite tasking, data delivery, service availability, and mission support.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize service performance and maximize customer value from space-based capabilities.
- Support the introduction of new satellite services and capabilities, ensuring smooth transition into operations
Desired qualifications and personal qualities:
- Relevant higher education at Bachelor's or Master's level
- Experience from customer-facing roles, account management or project management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial understanding and ability to balance customer needs with business objectives
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- High degree of initiative, ownership, and accountability
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term relationship building
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience from the space, defense, aerospace, or other high-technology sectors is an advantage

Work location: Skøyen or Kongsberg, by agreement.
