Test Ingeniør

Vi styrker teamet og søker en Test Ingeniør med minimum tre års erfaring fra mekatronikk-/ elektronikkproduksjonsmiljø. Ansvarsområder
ESS-testing (funksjon, vibrasjon og temperaturcycling)
Funksjonstesting i de ulike sammenstillingsfaser av produkter
Factory Acceptance Test av ferdigstilte systemer
Samarbeide med bedriftens avdelinger for utvikling, optimalisering og automatisering av produksjon, testutstyr og prosedyrer
Verifikasjon, feilsøking og reparasjon av mekatronikk- og elektroniske enheter
Aktivt bidra i design og videreutvikling av våre produkter
Støtte og delta i daglig produksjon og sammenstilling
Kvalifikasjoner og erfaring
Fagbrev innen elektronikk, mekatronikk eller tilsvarende
Erfaring med lodding av elektronikk, helst være eller ha vært IPC sertifisert (J-STD-001)
Erfaring med sammenstilling av elektriske og mekaniske systemer og delkomponenter
Evne til å lese og forstå skjema og teknisk dokumentasjon
Erfaring med å lage rapporter (ved bruk av MS-office programmer)
Erfaring med programmeringsverktøy er ønskelig
Personlige Egenskaper
Ansvarsbevisst og komfortabel med å jobbe selvstendig, men samtidig en god teamarbeider
Initiativtaker med øye for forbedring av eksisterende løsninger og produkter

Areas of responsibility
ESS-testing (function test during vibration and temperature cycling)
Function testing throughout the product assembly steps
Factory Acceptance Test on completed systems
Cooperate with other departments on development, optimalisation and automation of production, testing and related procedures
Verification, trouble shooting and repair of electromechanical equipment
Actively contribute with design improvement and development of our products and services
Support workshop team and participate in daily production and assembly work
Qualification and experience
Trade Certificate/skilled worker within electronic or mechatronic discipline
Experience with soldering, preferably on PCB/surface mounted components. Candidates holding soldering certification will be prioritized (typically IPC 610/620 or J-STD-001)
Experienced with assembly of electronics and mechanical systems
Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and technical documentation
Experience in making reports by use of MS-Office programs
