Personal information submitted through this Recruitment management system is collected and used for recruitment purposes; which include evaluating and contacting you regarding your interest in employment with KONGSBERG, including all subsidiaries and joint ventures worldwide.

KONGSBERG, alone or together with subsidiaries, take the role as data controller (ref. section 19 of the Norwegian Personal Data Act). As a data subject you have a certain right to access and to rectify data related to you.

- Who may have access to your personal information?
Your personal information may be reviewed by persons within KONGSBERG who need such access in order to evaluate your application for employment, in particular:
- Human resources staff
- Managers
- Other staff specifically delegated by a member of either of the above mentioned categories.

This website solution (EasyCruit) is provided to us by Visma with its servers located in Ireland. The solution provider may need to access personal data stored in the system for the purposes of administration and technical maintenance only. KONGSBERG has entered into data processor agreements with data processors, processing personal data on behalf of KONGSBERG to the extent required by law.

Notwithstanding the above, we may need to disclose your personal information in order to comply with applicable laws and requests of government authorities.

- Can I update or remove my personal information?
You can access, correct, update and remove your CV data until you submit the application. From then on, you can view your application status, but not amend it. For further questions please contact office@kongsberg.com


- How long is my personal information retained in the system?
Personal information that we collect for any purpose shall not be kept for longer than necessary for that purpose. Your information will be stored in our database for 24 months, unless you want it deleted earlier.
