As Site Manager for Integrated Projects, you lead the critical interface between advanced systems and real-world operations. From planning to port call – your field of action
- Coordinate the on-site execution of complex projects involving propulsion, automation, energy, navigation, and control systems
- Coordinate all stakeholders: internal teams, shipyards, subcontractors, and customers – with clarity and confidence
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and acceptance tests – ensuring safety, quality, and performance
- Be the main contact person on site: structured, proactive, and in control
- Support the wider project team with scheduling, documentation, and risk handling
- Represent KONGSBERG values on-site – with integrity and precision

Your background – and the mindset to match
- Degree or certified qualification in electrical engineering, ship technology, automation, Naval architecture
- Professional experience in site management, commissioning, or project coordination – ideally in maritime or complex technical environments
- Strong sense of ownership, calm under pressure, and used to managing multiple partners on-site
- Hands-on, structured, solution-oriented – with a focus on getting things done
- Fluent in German and confident in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel – nationally and sometimes internationally
