Job Title: Document Controller

Department: E&C Operation

Team: Business & Project Support

 

Scope of Work

  • Manage project documentation lifecycle in ProArc, including profile creation, registration, distribution, and status reporting.
  • Maintain the SMDL and track documentation progress in line with project milestones.
  • Establish and apply project-specific document control procedures in compliance with standard processes.
  • Support project start-up activities related to the Document Control function.
  • Create and manage project data in Axapta and project databases based on requests from Project Managers and engineers.
  • Upload customer deliverables and coordinate documentation with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

  • Perform formal document control, including downloading, registering, and coordinating technical documentation.
  • Ensure accurate data input and effective utilization of Axapta and ProArc systems in accordance with established procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, customers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth document and data flow.
  • Provide system support and perform related administrative tasks as required.
