Project Manager - Anchoring & Mooring and Towing

Our Deck Machinery and Motion Control division owns, develops and delivers world class products, with focus on sustainable solutions and integration, streamlined for customer demand. The division is responsible for technology development, supply chain operations and project delivery for all products in the DMMC portfolio.

An exciting opportunity has arisen as Project Manager AMT. In this role, you will be a part of the Anchoring & Mooring and Towing project team focusing on high quality deliveries to customers within several segments in the shipping industry. You will be responsible for a relatively high amount of projects within the AMT portfolio. As a Project Manager you will play a vital role in planning, executing, monitoring and complete projects with high quality requirements and demanding customers. You are expected to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the right quality. This is a vital role in the delivery project organization, and you must be able to communicate and co-operate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders on different levels in the organizations.

Qualifications and experience

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree, relevant experience can substitute this
  • Experience from project management or similar leadership experience
  • Technical, Economic, Management or similar background
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Global perspective and open to different challenges, cultures, and ways of operating
  • Experience from marine industry is an advantage
  • Focused on organizational and personal development.
