From market insight to contract – your strategic impact

  • Identify and pursue sales for Automation, Bridge and Energy solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with yards, owners and consultants
  • Lead commercial processes from initial inquiry to final negotiation
  • Collaborate with HQ experts to tailor systems to customer needs
  • Manage budgets, sales forecasts and long-term pipeline planning
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure KM’s leadership
  • Promote lifecycle solutions and upgrades for the existing fleet
  • Represent Kongsberg Maritime at key industry events and fairs

Your track record – and the mindset to match

  • Degree in Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Business
  • Proven experience in technical sales within the maritime industry
  • Strong understanding of maritime automation or power systems
  • Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits
  • Proactive mindset with high self-motivation and commercial drive
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Valid driving license and willingness for regional travel
