We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Coordinator to join our Global Customer Support maintenance team at our Kokkola site for a permanent position. As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the waterjet maintenance, commissioning, and warranty work for Field Service Engineers according to customer orders, in collaboration with our global service network. Tasks will include also Backoffice work as generating and maintaining service orders, creating quotes for service and trainings, maintaining documents, and releasing orders for invoicing. We expect you to have strong organizational skills, as well as a systematic and proactive approach to work. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
