Indirect Procurement Intern

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Indirect Procurement Intern.
In this role, you will support the procurement team in sourcing and managing indirect goods and services, gaining hands-on experience in a global organization.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, operational tasks, supplier management, and strategic sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the procurement process for indirect goods and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
  • Help with data analysis and reporting to inform procurement strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their procurement needs.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English language enabling effective verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week from the office.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
