Accounting System Advisor/Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Accounting System Advisor/Manager who will have a key role in moving us into the future in our global shared services accounting function. In this position, you will drive improvements, modernize our finance systems, and support a high‑performing international organization.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Implementation and further development of the finance system
• Drive robotization and automation of finance processes
• Improve accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness through continuous improvement and development of routines and processes
• Provide user support, guidance, and training across the organisation
• Contribute to various ad hoc tasks within the department

Requirements:

• Experience, knowledge, and interest at the intersection between accounting, finance, and systems
• Higher financial education (BSc or MSc), preferably in accounting, or equivalent relevant experience
• Hands‑on accounting experience
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Strong Excel skills
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both oral and written
