  • Contribute to higher hit rate and execution robustness through stronger upfront system definition.

Organization & Competence Development

  • Establish a community of practice across tender engineering, system design, and project execution to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • Build and lead a global team of technical experts with clarity, authority, and trust.
  • Foster a culture of engineering discipline, collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate visible and credible leadership across functions and towards external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • MSc (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in power system engineering within maritime or comparable complex industrial systems.
  • Proven track record from senior technical or system leadership roles.
  • Strong competence in system-level engineering, industrialization, and standardization.
