Field Engineer

Department: E&C Operation - Field Operation

Team: Samho Site Team

Scope of Work

• Commissioning for new building & refit projects.
• Supporting engineering and software production as required.
• Cooperating with project managers, project engineers, and software responsible.
• Supporting superior with dimensioning of resources and optimazing project execution.
• Promoting team work and building human relationship within team.
• Supporting superior for maintenance of QMS documentation.
• Implementation of quality measures within team.
• Technical support for customer.
• Supporting superior for shipbuilding and commissioning schedule.
• Service work for after ship delivery when necessary.
• Participate in assembly work and HW IAT/FAT when necessary.
• Technical training and advice for engineers.

Qualifications (Required / Preferred)

(Required)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or equivalent industry experience
• English language requirements
• Ability to understand technical documentation written in English
• Ability to prepare clear and well-structured technical documentation
• Effective listening and speaking skills for communication

(Preferred)

• Holder of a valid driver’s license
• Major in Electrical, Electronic, Control, or Marine Engineering
• Relevant industry experience in maritime-related industry
