POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will help support and ensure the success of our products that give insight into the ocean environment.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for our production facility of Uncrewed Platforms in the US.
• Manage and deliver projects globally with high focus on quality, profit, and customer satisfaction.
• Act on own initiative to drive results; accepts responsibility for the results.
• Manage logistics coordination with departments, delegate to team as needed.
• Focus on bottom-line results, identify potential risks, and monitor the financial impact of own activities.
• Manage stakeholders and resources across countries and disciplines.
• Continual process improvement within the facility.
• Travel as required, a current valid passport is necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher technical or administrative education, but relevant experience can compensate for education.
• 3 – 5 years of project or production management experience required.
• Experience in setting up or running a production facility is necessary.
• Experience working directly with/for customers in the Maritime industry and knowledge about our products is an advantage.
• This position may require a background check or security clearance through the Norwegian National Security Authority or Civil Aviation Authority, which may impact the offer or employment process.

Pay Range: $150,000 - $170,000 annually (DOE)

Work Location: Washington state preferred but accepting applications from other regions of the United States.
