Senior RF Engineer / RF Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior RF Engineer or RF Engineer to join our RF & Microwave group, contributing to the development of cutting-edge space electronics. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in microwave engineering and a passion for innovation in high-reliability environments.
Technical Focus Areas
- Lead or support the design and development of RF and microwave circuits (active and passive RF components from DC to >70GHz) for space applications.
- RF measurements and characterization of developed hardware
- Design including PCBs, MMICs, filters, amplifiers, and couplers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, technology digital, and systems engineers
- Support qualification and testing activities in accordance with space industry standards
Required Qualifications
- MSc or PhD in Electrical/Microwave Engineering or related field.
- Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment and measurement techniques.
- Proficiency in RF simulation tools (Circuit simulators such as ADS, Genesys and/or 3D field simulations CST, HFSS, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with space-qualified hardware and ECSS standards.
- Familiarity with electrical schematic and PCB layout tools.
- Experience with link budget analysis and system-level RF design.
