Managed Services Manager

With offices in Australia, India, Norway, Singapore, and the UK, we are seeking a Managed Services Manager at our Bristol office to oversee the provision of exceptional customer service across the UK and Middle East region and ensure customers receive timely and effective assistance. This role is pivotal in maintaining client satisfaction, loyalty, and our reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver profitable and efficient Managed Services to our customers
  • Provide functional management to the support team located in Bristol, UK
  • Recruit, train, and develop the l customer support team to ensure delivery of exceptional support services
  • Coordinate and planning of the manage service activities
  • Ensure professional use of common Managed Services tools and structures
  • Close coordination with and reporting to the Global Managed Services Manager
  • Ensure deliveries are compliant with KNC’s Managed Services methodologies and standards
  • Ensure high levels of health, safety and the environment throughout our processes
  • Participate in meetings, as required
  • Any other appropriate tasks required by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

Essential;

  • Degree in management
  • Technical understanding
  • CompTIA or equivalent ITIL Foundation.

Preferable;

  • ITIL Managing Professional
  • Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 or AGILE.

Experience

  • Minium of 5-years managing technical support teams.

We Offer

Full time position with a company in strong growth at our North Bristol office including:

  1. Salary;                    £57,000-62,000/year depending on quals and experience
