What you will do

• Make conceptual designs and drive the development of new products and solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer projects.
• Take on a technical project role, overseeing and creating designs and verification of winches and handling equipment.
• Provide engineering support across manufacturing, purchasing, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Support our sales organization with solutions and offers for customers

Qualifications and experience

• Technical- or university degree within mechanical engineering or similar
• Extensive work experience can compensate for the lack of formal education
• Knowledge within mechanical 3D-design, we use NX/Teamcenter.
• Knowledge in hydraulics or structural calculation experience/competence is an advantage
• Practical experience from maritime industry or experience from offshore marine operations is an advantage
