Who are you?

• You are a proactive person with a positive attitude. Not only do you make things happen on your own initiative, but you are structured, systematic and have great communication skills.
• You have a broad technical background enabling you to guide and understand a large diverse group of engineers. Good System engineering/ SW engineering competency is preferred.

What will you do:

• Team management and personnel development
• Actively support project execution with basis in your technical background
• Recruitment, resource planning, and resource management
• Identify, plan, and implement improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the development of the professional field, including processes, methodology, and tools
• Participation and involvement across departments, products, and projects
