Site Planner, Thruster Systems

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Site Planner to join the Planning team at Kongsberg Maritime Finland. In this role, you will monitor project deliveries, plan production orders and maintain ERP data to ensure smooth operations across supply chain and production.

The ideal applicant has excellent time management skills, and a strong ability to handle multiple assignments while keeping attention to detail. We hope you have good communication skills, and you enjoy working in an environment where ERP is at core of daily processes. While the role offers flexibility for some remote work, we value and encourage regular presence at the office.

Key responsibilities

• Project delivery monitoring - Monitor project deliveries on daily basis and lead weekly meetings using Dispatching tool
• Production order planning - Plan and create production orders for assembly, welding and packaging
• ERP data management and revision control - Set up and maintain work phases, lead times and demand dates in Baan ERP. Update production orders in response to changes in Bill of Materials.
• ERP Expertise - Strong working knowledge of Baan ERP operations, including wide range of regular tasks in Baan. Handle special cases and resolve issues related to supply chain and production ERP functions.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of Bachelor´s degree in relevant field
• Good spoken and written Finnish and English skills
• Good IT skills and experience with ERP-systems, Baan ERP is considered as an advantage.
• Experience in supply chain operations and planning is considered an advantage
