After Market Support Coordinator

Our After Market Support department is the companys first line towards our customers and the connector to the rest of the organisation. Our key mission is to ensure operational excellence for our customers and solve any pain or problem they might encounter.

To further strengthen our team here in Trondheim, we are looking for a service minded After Market Support Coordinator with interest for spare parts sales, order handling and extended customer interaction. We are looking for someone with an eye for details, high working capacity and is comfortable with multitasking. Key accountabilities

  • Handling customer inquiries for spare parts and service
  • Handling of sales orders and coordination of deliveries
  • Responsibility for order and project financials
  • Follow up customers and ensure a good relationship
  • Collaborate with the global after market support team in Kongsberg Maritime
  • Support our sales, operations and manufacturing departments

Qualifications and experience

  • Technical and/or Administrative and/or Commercial background/education
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems preferred
  • Experience from international markets, maritime or O&G business would be an advantage
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Norwegian/Scandinavian
