Digital Transformation Lead Integration & Energy

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Digital Champion to join our team as Digital Transformation Lead for Integration & Energy.

Role Overview:

As the Digital Transformation Lead for Integration & Energy, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and implementing new digital solutions across multiple disciplines, enabling standardization and optimization. In this role you will enable the efficient use of digital tools to support an effective value stream in alignment with Kongsberg Maritime’s Digital Business Transformation (DBT) program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the adoption of ongoing digitalization initiatives within the Integration & Energy division.
• Champion the use of digital technology and foster a digital mindset within the division.
• Govern and implement digital strategy by collaborating with cross-functional partners to transition traditional processes to digital ones.
• Act as a change agent, driving the digital transformation within Integration & Energy.
• Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of digital best practices among partners and colleagues to build a robust digital ecosystem.
• Serve as the division’s stakeholder on digitalization matters, liaising with IT, digitalization projects, and process owners.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Work experience in the field of digitalization.
• Knowledge and passion for using digital tools to support efficient work streams.
• Experience in change management processes and the ability to communicate complex matters in a straightforward manner.
• Strong endurance and a track record of successful implementation of changes.
• Understanding of large, complex, and integrated business systems.
