Product Group Manager - Tank Management

We are currently seeking a Product Group Manager for Tank Management. In this role you will be key, leading a high-performing team that develops critical safety and control systems to the global marine transportation industry.

As Product Group Manager, you’ll shape and grow a portfolio that includes tank monitoring solutions and loading & stability systems. You will set the strategic direction, drive end‑to‑end profitability, and continue building on the strong market momentum that has made us a technological leader across multiple ship segments.

This is a unique opportunity to influence how cargo transfer is managed in the future—safer, smarter and more digital. You’ll be leading a team of experienced engineers in exploring new opportunities in a rapidly expanding market and help push an industry transformation already underway.

What you will be doing

• Product portfolio ownership within tank monitoring and loading computer systems
• Responsibility for the strategy and end-to-end profitability of the product group
• Bridge the gap between products, development and sales, to identify and deliver solutions that provide customer value
• Leading a team of highly skilled and motivated engineers

We think you should have

• Technical education within electronics or automation
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant product experience
• Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset
• English communication skills, both verbal and in writing
