Spare Parts Planner

An exciting opportunity has arisen as Spare Parts Planner. In this role, you will be a part of the Global Customer Support team delivering support to our Spare Parts sales team and customers worldwide. You will be part of a team responsible for Planning and Forecasting of Spare Parts and Creation and Maintenance of Spare Part Items in ERP for the entire range of our Deck Machinery & Motion Control product portfolio.

You will be responsible to plan, facilitate and follow up spare parts deliveries to ensure on time delivery to our customers both locally and globally.

You will in this role work closely with the wider Supply Chain teams, as well as the local purchasing and operations teams and our workshop.

Key accountabilities

  • Plan & Follow Up Spare Parts deliveries
  • Create & Follow Up distribution orders
  • Work to mitigate part shortages
  • Action ERP Exception messages
  • Improve default delivery dates on Quotations & Orders.
  • Proactively inform our sales teams about delays.


Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or relevant experience.
  • Technical/product knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Experience with ERP system BaaN is an advantage, but relevant training will be provided.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and writing.
