Brief Job Outline:

Provide a professional, flexible, customer focused support function within the business, responding to internal/external customer enquiries and undertaking rental and base service administration, logistics, compliance and QHSE activities.

 

Key Tasks/Specific Duties:

 

Rental Administration

  • Preparation, issuing and expediting of purchase orders.
  • Evaluate and respond to customer enquiries within expected response times.
  • Rental customer monthly utilisation reporting and invoicing.
  • Reporting and invoicing utilisation of 3rd party rental equipment on a monthly basis.
  • Day to day administration of contracts on ERP and rental asset management system.
  • Preparation, maintenance and completion of rental contract documentation.
  • Preparation of documentation for equipment shipment, including raising delivery notes and customs invoices, ensuring the correct export licensing controls are applied.
  • Review and seek approval of supplier invoices within required timescales.
  • Provide support and holiday/absence cover for colleagues when required.
  • Understanding departmental targets, results, key performance indicators and their role in delivery of these indicators.
  • Undertaking training and coaching as necessary to increase personal skills to achieve personal and department performance objectives.
  • AR Collections related to rental department

 

Base Service/Repairs Administration

  • Day to day administration of contracts on ERP
  • Preparation, maintenance and completion of repair contract documentation.
  • Preparation of documentation for equipment shipment, including raising delivery notes and customs invoices, ensuring the correct export licensing controls are applied.
  • Approval of supplier invoices within required timescales.
