Team Manager - Field Service, Kongsberg
We are currently looking for a Team Manager to support and lead our Field Service team in Kongsberg. The team consists of skilled field service engineers, and your goal is to set them up for growth to ensure we deliver excellent results towards our customers, both internal and external.
With this comes responsible to maintain their competence and certifications, and make sure the team are prepared for the challenges ahead. A key part of the role is ensuring continuous improvement in customer service standards to secure we deliver on our targets and goals. You will collaborate across different product department and assist with planning and coordinating of the assignments.

Your responsibilities
- Manage and lead a dedicated team of service engineers to provide effective and timely services as requested by internal and external customers.
- Follow-up and maintain that our service engineers have correct and up-to competence and certifications.
- Constantly improve our customer service standards to achieve service target and goal
- Support and assistance towards internal and external customers
- Fully adopt, and operate according to HSE, Quality Assurance and Business Ethics guidelines and QMS procedure
- Assist Coordinator with planning and coordinate service engineer’s assignments
- Be a contact point towards the different product departments.
Qualifications
- Experience from similar position or role is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other relevant technical education is an advantage
- Certified to be an “Electrical Installer” is an advantage
- Experience with electrical system like, LV/HV switchgear, Drives and Batteries is an advantage
- Fluent in Norwegian and English both oral and written
- Travel as required
