Warehouse Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen as Warehouse Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for outgoing and incoming shipments, maintaining inventory control, purchasing/receiving of stock, tracking customer owned repairs and sales order entry.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Receives and verifies accuracy of incoming shipments
  • Sorts and places materials on racks or shelves, moving to and from loading docks and shipping/receiving
  • Operating a forklift, pallet jack, and banding machine
  • Prepares merchandise for shipment, as required
  • Maintains accurate inventory records and complete cycle counts
  • Purchasing materials for stock and facility
  • Negotiates courier and freight company rates
  • Create shipments and customs documentation for outgoing shipments domestic and international
  • Set up and maintain forklift training

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be able to lift, carry, and handle materials that weigh up to 75 lbs
  • Experience operating a forklift
  • Inventory management / cycle counting experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to handle simultaneous activities and work in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills and computer literacy
  • Experience with supporting government shipments

You are able to:

  • Carry out service and support for our equipment and customers
  • Identify and report incidents, improvements, and needs to Operations Manager
  • Independently prioritize and complete work tasks for the assigned repair, service visit or project
  • Track metrics related to the service department such as repair time, etc

Expected Pay Range:

$26-32/hr

Lynnwood, WA

Travel within US and Internationally may be required
